Blog Diner

You may be asking “What is a podblog/blogpod/blogcast?”  I imagine (Over)Thinking Mom as a kind of blog diner, a place where you can get a milk shake, cheese danish, hamburger, salad, or pancakes.  They don’t seem to go together, but all are pretty tasty (unless of course you are lactose intolerant or a vegetarian/vegan in this metaphor).  Blog posts will include podcasts and what I’m calling podposts, blog elaborations and compendiums to the podcast episodes.  Additionally, I’ll talk about my life as a parent, about the stuff I read online, and about the stuff I love.  If you want more information about me, read the super long About page where you can also see my picture (I’m the tan, tall, platinum blonde runway model in the pictures).

(Over)Thinking Mom has five parts.
* The Podcast, a hobby I embarked upon on a whim: I talk with other moms and dads, and occasionally rant on my own, about any and all parenting topics. Check out the sidebar for ways to appear on the podcast.  If you have iTunes, check out my listing.

* Podposts: Every week I write a blog post elaborating on that week’s Podcast Episode and, yes, I did make up the word “podpost.”

* Life: This section is, unsurprisingly, about my life. Consider it the typical mommy blog section of (Over)Thinking Mom.

* Newsroom: I look at different articles from news sources or from around the blogosphere.

* Stuff I Love: I buy too much.  Enough said.  Think of it as a consumption junction.
