This is a 45 minute audio lecture about what you need to know when your baby won’t stop crying.

I’m not a doctor. I’m not an audio professional, but I am a mother who read and researched like a madwoman during my first months of motherhood because my daughter spent hours each day crying and crying and crying. I survived colic, but my research revealed a great deal of generally accepted misinformation about this stressful experience.

For example:

• Did you know colic isn’t usually caused by gut problems?

• That telling moms to give up dairy isn’t the best course of action for most nursing mothers?

• That a nursing mother’s diet of foods like cauliflower and beans will not make a baby gassy?

• That drops like Mylicon don’t ease the symptoms?

• That no one knows what causes colic?!

Well, I didn’t and wish I had.

Parents of a colicky infant have little time and energy, yet so many of us spend our precious waking hours desperately searching for an answer. Hopefully, I’ve saved tired, sleep-deprived, exhausted, frazzled, defeated parents some of this time and energy by distilling my research and experience into a lecture you can absorb while resting your tired eyes.
